This class will meet on the following 4 Wednesdays: June 19, 26, July 10, 17, 2024 from 11 am – 1 pm CDT.

*Limited to 16 participants.

In this course, we will explore the many faces of trauma as it is depicted in dream material and discuss a variety of ways dreams may be harnessed in service to healing trauma. Time will be devoted to exploration of the literature on Trauma and Dreams, as well as case material. Each class will include an experiential component. Working with Dreams in the Healing Arts is the prerequisite for this class. Individuals with other experience in dreamwork may attend with permission of the instructor. Class participants are strongly encouraged to keep a dream journal prior to and during the program and must also be prepared to use their own dream material for class exercises.

About the Instructor
Keren practices psychotherapy in Northern Illinois. With over 20 years of experience, her work integrates a Jungian understanding of psyche with a relational approach, emphasizing felt experience and embodied imagination. Her approach to dreams is phenomenological, drawing on  Natural Dreamwork, BodySoul Rhythms and BodyDreaming traditions.
