A deeply inspiring film about a loving family whose son, born with facial disfigurements, enters a mainstream school for the first time, after having been home schooled for four years. It is about coming out of hiding and developing an identity and a sense of personal worth. And it is about the impact of family and friends on that process. A sense of worth grows from within, but it must be nurtured from without. This is a movie about courage, determination…and love.
