“Spiritual Autobiography” is a workshop designed to have folks plum the depths of memory to articulate their past, present, and future spiritual journey in this lifetime.

In the tradition of “Guru Purunima”, “S.A.” seeks to honor one’s teachers and to make the soul’s journey conscious. As participants revisit and share their history in community, many forgotten gems arise to be recovered, shared, and polished.

This workshop incorporates Jungian concepts of “memories, dreams and reflections” as guideposts for present knowledge and future self-knowing. Additionally, it accesses the notion of “collective unconscious” – made conscious in community – as a source for healing, wholeness and spiritual growth. As participants recollect their journey through the lens of given or conditioned spirituality versus sought or chosen practices, they will be able to locate and embrace themselves firmly in the power of the present and share the colorful stories of how they got here!
