“A dream that is not understood remains a mere occurrence; understood it becomes an experience.” CGJung, Collected Works.

We all dream and there are many avenues in which to explore our dreams. Through the pandemic years, with much of our outer life and identity recalibrated, our inner life has become a place of increased curiosity. During this time, the interest in our ‘night time stories’ have, for some of us, come front and center.

This experiential dream program presents a working toolkit for accessing one’s dreams through the expressive techniques of journaling and art. Please bring a dream/s to work with during the sessions that will be shared with the group. It will be necessary, as well, to have available a journal, paper, markers/crayons, and other art supplies. The four hour program will be divided into two sessions with an hour break in-between.
