PTSD and the impact of trauma is all over our social media accounts and news cycles. What is trauma? Does every trauma leave a scar or create PTSD? Is there a way to ever get out from under the impact of a trauma? Traumatic, unexpected and devastating events are part of living life on Life’s terms. We are deeply affected by these moments or periods in our lives. How we incorporate them matters. This session will explore our options for healing and moving forward.
