CEUs: 3

*Limited to 18 participants.

An important goal of Jungian therapy is the development of the Self (the center of the psyche) that seeks wholeness, integration, and growth. In this workshop, we will focus on how to develop the Self, identify our personal shadow side, learn about ego consciousness, and understand the language of the soul.

We will explore how to use the self to have healthy internal dialogues with the shadow and ego. This process facilitates the integration of the unconscious and directs the ego into healthy channels. Additionally, we will learn to listen to the unique ways soul calls to us and helps guide our life direction.
