“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart.
Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside awakens.” ~ Carl Jung
Learn ways to support an on-going practice of working with symbols and images to increase self-awareness, promote positivity and develop artistic self-expression.
Carl Jung explored the creative process through writing, painting and carving – using images from his unconscious mind to gain insight into dreams and visions.
In this experiential workshop, participants will create artwork using basic and effective therapeutic tools for personal and professional use. Participants will have the opportunity to process their experience through journaling, sharing and collaborative discussion.
Participants must provide own materials: magazines, scissors, adhesive (ex. glue stick), cardstock or paper (preferably 5×8 cardstock), sketchbook / journal and writing / drawing utensils of choice (ex. pencil/eraser, pen, colored pencils, oil pastels, markers).
No art-making experience necessary!
