Instructor: Mary Theis & Rita Feild

This experiential workshop will focus on new beginnings.  Do you have the feeling that you want a new direction for your life? Do you have an inkling of what it might be but are just not sure how to begin?

In this workshop, we will consider ways to make changes in our lives, to create movement toward the things that we hope to do but haven’t yet been able to start. We will use writing, discussion, guided imagery and a focusing exercise to help participants explore ways to activate change.
