Instructors: Rita Feild & Mary Theis

Join us this Spring for an experiential workshop which will focus on endings and new beginnings. We will explore things in our lives that seem to be completed, and how we may be holding on to them when it’s time to let go. The blocks that prevent us from “letting go” and moving forward will be explored through writing exercises, drawing and guided meditation. Dream images and other inner material will be discussed, as participants feel comfortable. Finally, we will open ourselves to receive “new life” and “new beginnings”. This will be done through reflection and a brief writing exercise where we explore the ideas for new directions and how to begin to implement them.
