“All the works of man have their origin in creative fantasy.” C. G. Jung

Please join us in this experiential exploration of inner creativity though music and mandalas. Employing Music Imagery (MI), adapted from The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music (GIM), we will tap into the transformational power of music to explore the world within, open up and utilize the deeper consciousness to find creative solutions, and access the inner spirit. Guided by carefully chosen music, participants may create a mandala or write, as a way of bringing the unique images that arise into concrete form. While participants may share their images with the group, as in dream work, the individual is considered the expert on their images. Through this exploration we will process the dreamlike colors, shapes, and spiritual stories that result from the experience. We will identify and discuss possible archetypes, the presence of the shadow, and the influence of the collective unconscious, as they find expression through our creative inner spirits.
